Organisations are under pressure to change more and faster than ever before, yet the track record of change efforts remains poor. Come along to learn how to use Type concepts to predict the needs, thoughts & feelings of individuals as they work through change in the workplace. Utilising Type Quadrants (IS, EN, IN & ES) and Functional Pairs (ST, SF, NT & NF) our presenters will demonstrate how these people think about & respond to change and provide advice on the different approaches to communication required to implement change successfully.

All participants on the evening will receive valuable presentation notes they can incorporate into their own materials on Type.
 

Our presenters

Sue White has given many years of generous service to the Type community – at both National and local chapter levels. Her extensive OD consultancy work enables her to draw upon a wealth of relevant examples of group & individual empowerment through greater awareness of Type. Sue has recently joined the Careers Advisory Team at Melbourne Business School.

Andrew Mountford is a member of the current Victoria Tasmania Committee & National Secretary of AusAPT. He works as an OD Consultant, Coach & Facilitator. Like Sue, the influence of Type is ever present in the design & execution of his work and has utilised the MBTI model extensively over the years.

The Vic/Tas committee have put together 7 Type Nights this year that will be of interest all our members. We are sure they will increase your confidence withType, give you added tools to apply when working with others and learn from experts in the field; and above all gain maximum value from your membership.
